ASO Market Finder provides Google Play market research data including app rankings, competition scores, demand estimates, and keyword analysis. All scores are algorithmic estimates intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment or business advice.

You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aso-market-finder.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service beyond normal use
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
• Resell access to the Service without written permission

All content, design, and code of the Service are owned by ASO Market Finder and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use data retrieved through the Service for your own business research.

App data is sourced from Google Play and is subject to Google's terms. ASO Market Finder makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Market scores are estimates computed by our algorithms and may not reflect actual market conditions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASO MARKET FINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
